Remember how I set the goal to lose 4 pounds last week. With my lack of holding myself accountable I didn't make it. I'm actually back up to 260.
Banana, watermelon this is all I ate until dinner.
Dinner: bertoli chicken pasta, three small pieces of garlic bread. Then I ate one of my daughters small pieces of pizza and their garlic bread crust. OJ
