Today was my rest day from exercise and I needed it.
Food: Chicken taco salad, snack pack pudding, fiberone granola bar, two rolls. Bowl of a delicious rice and meat combo that my sister in law made for me. She said it was healthy and I'll take her word for it.
Drink: Glass of Milk.

The meatballs were 120 calories for 4, and the white rice was 220 calories per cup. The meatballs were FREAK'N HOT. I used hot korean chili sauce. The meatballs were made with extra lean ground turkey, brown rice, ginger root, crushed pineapple, and green onions. YUMMY!!! It was a beachbody recipe.
