Exercise: Wow! Today was day one of week two of 20 second fitness. I tried to really push myself and it hurt. I'm going to lose more weight than I did last week.
Food: applesauce, granola bar, banana, apple, two bags of baby carrots, snack pack pudding, tuna salad lunch to go, two flat bread turkey sandwiches.
Drink: Danactive, V-8, V-8 fruit juice
