Day 30 It's Late so this will be quick

I have been saying it the whole time but I need to get more sleep!

Exercise: Day 2 of week 5 20 second fitness. Couple dumbbell sets at work.

Food: two fiberone granola bars, two musle milk protein bars, special K crisps snack, two baby bags of carrots, orange, health mex mahi mahi burrito from rubios with small side of rice.

Drink: two glasses of OJ, danactive, V-8.
